Growing your school just got much easier! We are excited to introduce the "Invite Before Signup" feature, designed to streamline how admins bring new teachers into their school digital workspace.
✨ What’s new in this update:
- 📧 Invite anyone via email: Admins can now send school invitations to any email address, even if the recipient does not have a Tatuga School account yet.
- 🔗 Personalized Signup Experience: Invitees will receive an email with a secure, custom signup link. Clicking it opens a signup page featuring your school’s name and logo, with their email securely pre-filled and locked.
- ⚡ Instant Auto-Join on Verification: Once the new teacher completes signup and verifies their email, they will automatically become a member and land straight inside your school on their first login. No more unnecessary default placeholder schools cluttering their account!
⚙️ What about existing users? Don't worry! The existing invitation flow for teachers who already have a Tatuga School account remains completely unchanged. They can still be invited and accept via their "Invitations" menu as usual.
