Tatuga School Update: Multi-Question WordCloud Sessions Are Live! Scan the QR Code Once, Keep the Brainstorming Going ☁️🎉

Tired of forcing your students to whip out their phones and re-scan a brand-new QR code every single time you want to move on to a second or third WordCloud question?

We’ve solved that friction entirely. Say hello to "WordCloud Multi-Question Sessions"—a seamless way to chain multiple prompts together in one continuous, interactive live activity!

What's New in Multi-Question Sessions:

  • 📥 Join Once, Stay Connected (Single QR Join): Students scan the session's QR code just once at the beginning. As you progress through the quiz, their mobile screens will automatically advance to follow your live pointer.
  • 🎛️ Teacher-Driven Flow: You hold the clicker! Prepare your question sequence in advance via the list builder. Clicking Next coordinates every single student device instantly, keeping the whole classroom in lockstep.
  • 🔄 Flexible Follow & Go-Back Engine: Never leave slower typists behind. Even when the class moves forward, a convenient "Back" button on the student side lets them jump back to revisit, answer, and log ideas for any previous question.
  • ⚙️ Unified Session Settings: Setup is faster than ever. Audience access controls (Public vs. Students-Only) and multiple-submission toggles are selected once during the initial setup session and shared universally across all sub-questions.
  • Append Questions Live: Got sudden inspiration mid-session? You can append brand-new query inputs into the active session on the fly without interrupting the experience.

⚠️ Important Safeguards & Rules:

  • 🔒 To protect data integrity, reordering or deleting questions within a live set is strictly disabled once that specific question has received responses from your students.
  • 📦 Backward Compatible: Don't worry about older single-question records. A one-time migration has safely wrapped all legacy standalone WordClouds into a neat "set-of-one" so you can access your historical archives perfectly.
